DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at the moment.
Due to Brexit we have had to put a pause on sending items to the European Union and worldwide. We hope you understand. We are continuously working on finding a solution to solve this issue.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
If your order was cancelled by us, this is usually due to low stock levels, or a warehouse error.
The items you ordered may have been very popular and it is possible that an item sold out just before your order was placed. In rare cases the stock cannot be updated on our system in time and the item will be cancelled. Sorry!
We will refund the items as quickly as possible, but may take up to 48 hours for the money to appear on your account again.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
We can't wait for you to receive your purchases as soon as possible. Depending on the method you select at checkout, it can take up to three to five working days to ship. However, we do provide next day delivery if your order is placed on Monday-Friday before 1pm. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we've shipped your order we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you are having any issues with your tracking number please email our customer support team at support@huggablehoodie.co.uk.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We have a 30 days return policy in which your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with the correct tags. Please visit our refund policy page for more information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED?
We really hope this doesn't happen, but in the case it does please email us immediately at suport@huggablehoodie.co.uk with a photograph of your damaged item and we will work quickly to correct the situation for you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We are able to accept most major credit cards, along with Paypal, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We are working on adding more alternative payment methods in the near future.
CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT AN ORDER?
Once an order has been dispatched, unfortunately, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at huggablehoodie.co.uk, and we will try our best to process the cancellation request. If we are unable to process the cancellation, please visit our returns page on how to send your order back.
